Deer Park is located about 20 miles southeast of downtown Houston, and we like to think we have something very special here. Our district encompasses most of the City of Deer Park as well as parts of the cities of Pasadena and Baytown. We have a proven instructional program, sound financial operations, and, above all, two-way communication between the district and our parents, students, and community.Though we incorporate technology and the latest educational research into our instructional programs, we work hard to maintain an old-fashioned commitment to helping each and every student succeed at his or her level. We have a great relationship with our parents and community, and we appreciate their support of our schools as friends and school volunteers. We're also fortunate to have the participation of our business and industrial neighbors, who frequently provide additional funds for programs and scholarships. More importantly, these professionals share their time with us as well, working as student mentors, tutors and district volunteers.
